Launch of the P.Touch Series

At the SPS 2021 trade fair in Nuremberg, MP-Sensor is launching its innovative pressure sensors of the P.Touch series. The unique operating concept with a longitudinally integrated touchscreen and virtual scroll wheel sets new standards for simplicity and intuitive use.

Innovative Operation and TFT Display

The TFT display with a resolution of 160x80 pixels enables clear text displays for menu items, eliminating cryptic abbreviations. Additionally, the display can show extra information, such as setpoint values and pressure units, all on a single screen. The touchscreen ensures an intuitive and exceptionally user-friendly operating experience.

Compact and Robust Design

The stainless steel housing and geometrically protected glass display offer an aesthetic, compact, and wear-free design. The patented design achieves up to 50% more compactness compared to traditional pressure sensors, making it ideal for tight spaces.

The P.Touch series pressure sensors are suitable for reliable process pressure measurement in various industrial environments, such as:

• Monitoring pressure in hydraulic systems,
• Ensuring cooling lubricant supply,
• Measuring process pressure in injection molding machines.

Expansion of the MP-Sensor Platform

The P.Touch represents the first product in MP-Sensor's new platform for fluid sensor technology. Over the coming years, the portfolio will be expanded to include sensors for additional fluid measurement parameters. All future products will be based on this platform, featuring a consistent design and operation optimized for TFT touchscreens.
